We all agree that preserving a free and open internet is critically important to the future of the country.

But some members of Congress are trying to rush through internet policy – a Congressional Review Act titled Senate Joint Resolution 52 – a political tactic never intended for something as important as the future of the internet. Instead, let’s ensure Congress has a free-flowing, open and inclusive legislative process that ensures a free-flowing, open and inclusive internet.
