Broadband Study Questions Federal Stimulus Allocation

The study, commissioned by the National Cable and telecommunications Association, concludes that the Federal money is subsidizing some companies to compete against others that didn’t receive subsidies.Read more

Wisconsin Returns Unused Broadband Stimulus Funds

The grant money, which Wisconsin received last year as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, was supposed to be for expanding high-speed Internet service in public facilities such as schools and libraries.Read more
