A new study from Seattle-based Ookla has found that St. Paul is the fastest city for broadband download speeds in the country, with fellow Minnesota city Minneapolis rated at number seven.

Ookla, which measures broadband speeds for companies, said St. Paul averaged 14.5 megabits, compared to the national average of 10.5 megabits. Ookla measured 75,000 users from every metro area in the country. Read more about the study here.
