Today, The National Journal hosted an event discussing the recent release of the FCC’s National Broadband Plan. The first panel consisted of Jim Harper of CATO Institute, Navarrow Wright of Maximum Leverage Solutions, Tim Sparapani of Facebook, and Darrell West of Brookings Institute and was moderated by Shane Harris of The National Journal and David Hatch of CongressDaily.
