Earlier this week, Broadband for America hosted a webinar with Michael Kende to present his new paper, Overview of Recent Changes in the IP Interconnection Ecosystem. Mr. Kende provided a detailed explanation of the history of IP interconnection, highlighting the most recent trends and developments.   He noted the rapid and profound market changes that have taken place in the Internet ecosystem over the last 15 years and explained how commercially negotiated interconnection arrangements have provided the flexibility and adaptability necessary to facilitate those changes without regulation.
